Program:
If you are planning to build your own dream home, build
commercial homes for others, design commercial buildings, compounds or offices,
this is what you need to do to have your design unique, modern and
technologically advanced. By following the next steps, you are ready to install
the state of the art automated, and integrated systems to secure, control and
monitor your building from anywhere in the world.
- First,
submit your building model plan (AUTOCAD) (plan shall include the
cabling and electrical specifications) to our office by e-mail to info@alsaonline.com, or
mail/sent to the address below
CRF (Customer Registration Form) & RFP Form(Drawings Submittal Form) MUST be attached along with the Drawings and Plans.
- Once
we receive the building plan with a down payment of
50%, we will submit a proposal of what we suggest the best system that
suits your building in 2 weeks from the date we receive your down payment.
- Once you approve our proposal, an order
of the agreed upon products will be issued. The products should be
available to the customer within one month from the date the proposal is
approved.
- Customers
will receive a call from us (within the period specified in 3 above) to
receive their requested products from our office at the following address:

Or to issue
a work order so we can start our installation work.
- Before
Customers can receive their requested products, the full payment has to be
received and a zero balance has to be met.
- Signature
of clearance will be obtained from Customer towards the end of the
program.
- Manufacturer
warranties are applicable; any malfunctioning report has to be received
within a 30-day performance-testing period.
