The dealer assistance program is a service contract designed to
direct our dealers in their basic technical and training capabilities necessary
to enable them market, install, program, and maintain the automation systems
for their customers. Our dealers are categorized as five star or regular

Maintenance Program
The consumer maintenance program is a service contract
requested by the consumers to maintain their installed systems. The maintenance
program covers home services for troubleshooting any malfunctioning element in
the installed systems, routinely checking up the whole system, routinely
backing up the system as required or whenever a change in the program is

- Institution
Educational Assistance Program
The institutional educational assistance program is a
service contract designed to assist educational institutions in teaching the
technology of automation, control, system versus home architectures, and system
integration in their site. Our systems could help engineering, computer, and
instrument majored students pioneer their fields by gaining a hands on
experience on our systems. Students will not only have their opportunity to
theoretically understand the concept of an automation or control system, they
will be able to touch and feel these systems, install them by connecting the
I/O wiring, and also program the systems using their laptops or any PC. For

Training Program (Includes free training sessions)
The customer training program is a free training session
(automation simplified) that introduces our customers to the basic concepts of
home automation. It could be followed by an advanced training session (advanced
home automation) that requires the basic knowledge provided in the free
session. The advanced session is free for our dealers but not for our customers.
